Bill McDonough, Director of Partners in Progress and a missionary in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is using WEI materials in his outreach ministry.
In the past, Bill has recruited WEI students by placing signs in Internet Café windows. Recently, he put a large sign on the back of a Tuk Tuk, a Cambodian three-wheeled taxi.
We commend Bill for his ingenuity. God has used him to open many doors in Europe and Asia.
