February 22, 2026
We are excited to introduce to our readers and supporters two new members of our WEI Board of Directors. When Blane Anderson announced last year that he would be stepping away from serving on the board at the end of 2026, we began searching for his replacement. Thank you Blane for your thoughtful and wise leadership over the last several years, and for recommending Stuart England as your replacement.
Recognizing that our current board is not getting younger, it was our goal to seek and find two highly-talented and outstanding younger men who possess the spiritual and leadership qualities to lead and serve WEI ministry decades into the future. We are excited to introduce to you two impressive new board members who began serving immediately by participating in our annual board meeting on February 22 of this year.
Stuart England was born in Texas but grew up in southeastern Oklahoma. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University (summa cum laude) 2009, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma (2013), and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (2013).
Stuart has been a WEI teacher since 2016 and has enjoyed recruiting new teachers and informing congregations in the Oklahoma City metro area about WEI and its work. In 2022, he received his diploma from World Video Bible School. Stuart currently serves as a deacon over adult education, internet ministry, and benevolence, and he is also a Bible class teacher at the Southern Ridge Church of Christ in Oklahoma City. Staurt is married to Jessica, and they have three children: Joseph, Jacob, and Cheyenne.
Tom Gallaher is a native of Maryville, Tennessee, and the son and grandson of elders in churches of Christ. Except for his time in college, he has attended the Maryville Church of Christ his entire life. Tom graduated from Radford University (1993)with a BBA in Operations Management and a minor in Mathematics, and he was a four-year Division 1 basketball scholar-athlete. Professionlly, Tom joined his father’s business immedately following college and assumed leadership in the company in 2010, later exiting the business in the fall of 2025. He has served on several non-profit boards, including Junior Achievement, Entreprenours’ Organization, and Hillbrook Christian Camp. He has also served as interim deacon over youth education. He has taught both youth and adult Bible classes at his home congegation and has been a long-time supporter of WEI and other mission-based ministries. Tom and his wife, Susan, have two adult children, Maggie and Josephine.
Welcome aboard, Staurt and Tom. Thank you for serving! May the Lord bless you both as the WEI ministry coninues to grow and share the saving gospel with tens of thousands of lost souls worldwide.
WEI would not be able to reach people in all nations with the word of God without your support, contributions, and donations
