Ted and Martha Ogle, missionaries in Nairobi, Kenya, write, “Today, Nkurunziza (Jean) baptized a young man he had been studying with. He is 21 years old and in his second year of high school. He has been in Islam for 14 years, was born in Rwanda, and he was one excited young man. His name is Rene Ibrahim Issa.
“Another Rwandese man, 30 years of age, was baptized Sunday, June 15. His name is John Bosco Kagaba. He was previously Roman Catholic.”
The picture below shows Jean Nkurunziza (with tie), John Bosco on Jean’s right, and John’s sisters on Jean’s left. Both sisters were baptized July 1.
