Tom Langley reports on the outstanding Romanian Leadership Meeting that WEI hosted in Sinaia, October 13-14. Thirty-five elders, missionaries, and national church leaders met for two days—to report, plan, and pray together. Bill Morgan and I were privileged to participate in that meeting and to observe the dynamic Romanian leaders in action.
Tom says, “Three of the four Romanian national leaders that sat on our panel discussion studied WEI ten years ago before becoming Christians: Nicola Corded, Stefan Rica, and Ady Pulaski. All three of these men were first introduced to the Lord’s church and the truth of the Gospel through WEI.
The only one who did not study WEI before becoming a Christian, Vaile Autos, is now teaching others the WEI Romanian Beginner Course, the Basic Course, and the Advanced Course in Ordeal.
“All four of these men are now preaching and teaching in Romanian congregations without a full time American missionary presence. I thought that was pretty exciting!”
We commend Tom for a job well done in organizing and directing an excellent leadership meeting..
