Robert Rubasha, an Internet student in Kasese, Uganda, writes the following:
“These are photos of the people who were baptized one Sunday here at Kasese in the river.”
This demonstrates how one WEI student can teach others. Judging from the pictures Robert sent, more than a dozen people were baptized in one day.
