In a recent e-mail, Nkurunziza Jean De La Paix wrote, “I am writing to report a new baptism of Evans Opande Juma this morning. He is one of the new WEI students. He is 20 years old. He stays at Kawangware with his uncle Mageni who was also baptized some months ago through WEI.”
