ISA 55:10 “As the rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word …It will not return empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”
These responses from students reflect the seed being sown in the heart of Islam. We are encouraged and we know you will be also.
“I always remember Jesus saying, “Father, forgive these people.” Really, I like this sentence. Other religions want you to die for their leader, but their leader does not die for them.”
“I am so happy to know all these information about Christ and Baptize. And I wanna learn more and more. We believe the Bible, the word of God. I will looking for Christians here, because I can’t give my number…”
“I become fully sure Jesus was the true king, the miracles were amazing and proved he was divine. His word is the word of God. He suffered and died, but God raised him. Jesus is lord of all people and all will be judged by him.”
“We cannot compare him with any person, he is from God. I learned to love Jesus. All he said about lifting him from death was true. I don’t know what to say. I did not know about Christian religion, but now I know. I am Happy for that, it is great. When I move to the reading assignment I feel happy and So excited especially when read the story of Jesus.”
“I learned to change your hearts and lives and be baptized, God will forgive your sins. This meaningful speech really touched my heart. I learned the amazing connection between baptism and Jesus’ death, that baptism is a symbol of death, burial and resurrection that’s amasing, isn’t it?”
Matthew 4:16 “People living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.” —Bob & Jan Towell
