In 1990, God brought World English Institute and Bible Correspondence School (WEI) to life as a tool designed to spread the Good News about Christ to EVERY nation.
To date, God has used WEI to establish a beach-head in every nation on earth. Yet, the battle for souls has just begun.
In New Testament times, God used the Greek language to spread the Gospel throughout the world. Today, he is using the English language the same way. “All over the world, this gospel is bearing fruit and growing” (Colossians 1:6). God is using English to attract students, and he is using the Bible to lead them to Christ.
In the Great Commission, Jesus challenges us to teach every man, woman, and child about him until he comes again. When we sow the seed, God gives the increase. Atheists, Buddhists, Communists, Hindus, Muslims, and Satanists have come to Christ by studying English and the Bible via the Internet, postal mail, and short-term missions.
The potential for world evangelism through WEI is virtually unlimited. Billions of people who yearn to learn English are currently headed down the broad road that leads to destruction, but many of them can be saved. We invite you and your congregation to join forces with us as God works through us to reap a great spiritual harvest. God has blessed us with an effective evangelistic tool, and he is calling on us to use it for his glory.
We ask you to donate in eternity by including WEI in your 2021 church budget. Your partnership will enable us to recruit thousands of new students every month by running Google ads in all twenty-four time zones every day. We also ask you to encourage the members of your congregation to sow the sacred seed by becoming WEI Internet teachers and/or short-term missionaries. The Gospel is the power of God for salvation for those who respond to it.
